Why Yorkshire has no separate published price
The official UK series is a single national observation. It is priced on the Monday nearest the fifteenth of the month, for deliveries up to 1,000 litres, with VAT at 5% included. There is no regional breakdown behind it, and nobody else publishes one for Great Britain either.
Sites that show you a regional price for a GB region are showing you either a national figure with a regional label on it, or a set of quotes collected from sellers. This page does the first of those and says so, which is the only honest version of it.
The local geography, and what it does to a delivery
Upland and lowland in one region. A Wolds farmhouse and a Dales cottage are served from the same terminal complex but by very different rounds.
Delivery
Being next to Humber refining shortens the primary leg to almost nothing. The cost that remains is time on narrow upland roads in winter, which is why Dales households are quoted differently from Vale of York households by the same supplier.

Upland addresses should aim to be full by the end of October. A Dales lane that is passable in November is not necessarily passable in January, and an emergency drop in snow is the most expensive fuel you will ever buy.
